Marvin J. Straus
Marvin Straus has more than 28 years representing insureds, insurers, corporations and individuals. Within his practice he has tried numerous jury trials to verdict and conducted hundreds of depositions, mediations, discovery motions and motions for summary judgment, as well as examinations under oath in large-loss arson, property theft, auto, commercial, cargo, trucking and specialty claims.
Marvin is known nationally as thorough, approachable, and able to resolve conflict in highly unique ways. He serves as Legal and Legislative Chairperson for the SDIAA Board of Governors.
